Warranty Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

At Saniro Appliance Repair, we take pride in providing reliable appliance repair services and quality workmanship. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage that may apply to qualifying repairs performed by our technicians.

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our repair services. When a repair qualifies for warranty coverage, we will address any issue related to the original repair in accordance with this policy.

Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated appliance problems.

2. Workmanship Warranty

Qualifying repairs are covered by our workmanship warranty for the period stated on your service invoice.

If a problem occurs due to our workmanship during the warranty period, we will inspect the appliance and, if covered, correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

3. Replacement Parts Warranty

Replacement parts installed during a repair may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the supplier’s warranty, depending on the part provided.

Warranty terms for replacement parts are determined by the manufacturer or supplier and may vary.

4. What Is Covered

When applicable, this warranty may cover:

  • Defects related to our workmanship.
  • Failure of a replacement part covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Re-inspection of the original repair concern during the applicable warranty period.

Coverage is limited to the repair originally performed.

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • New or unrelated appliance problems.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper operation.
  • Damage resulting from electrical surges, power failures, flooding, fire, storms, or other external events.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Saniro Appliance Repair after our service.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect appliance operation.
  • Appliances used for commercial or industrial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty Service

If you believe your repair is covered under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

When requesting warranty service, please provide:

  • Your name
  • Service address
  • Approximate service date
  • Appliance model (if available)
  • Description of the issue

A technician may need to inspect the appliance before determining whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

7. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and the original service location where the repair was performed.

It cannot be transferred to another person or property.

8. Limitation of Warranty

This Warranty Policy is limited to the repair services performed by Saniro Appliance Repair.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or downtime.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Warranty Policy

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.

The updated version will become effective when published on this page.
